Designer Dental

Situation: Designer Dental is a cosmetic dental practice in Calamvale, in the outer Brisbane suburbs. The practice run by Dr Craig Duval was rapidly expanding with a growing number of services and accreditations. This needed to be communicated to the market to increase the client base and increase the demand for high-end cosmetic dental treatments

Insight: Designer Dental needed to start a marketing and education process. Marketing needed to generate the leads and education to create the connection between the demand and the service. A conscious decision was made to create a personal brand from the site in Dr Craig Duval as his expertise would be the key differentiator between his practice and the main competition.

The site and PR would have to be focused around the high-end qualifications and accreditations gained by Dr Duval to demonstrate the competitive advantage between his practice and the competition.

Solution: An Integrated Marketing Solution was the most appropriate pathway forward as it was necessary to create a multi-faceted marketing strategy. The main website was redeveloped and a number of targeted squeeze sites were also put together. Over 100 pages of content were drafted and put together to create the education process for the audience and take people through the process.

Search engine marketing, search engine optimisation and online PR were all keystone strategies to generate highly qualified leads for the practice.

Result: The main website and the treatment specific mini-websites have succeeded in educating prospects and creating a larger client base for the practice. Designer Dental rank very highly in Google for a number of popular dentistry search terms. The results have seen a good return on investment and have created an automated marketing system that will continue to run for Designer Dental.
